The layout you already know
The same key map as GarageBand and Ableton: A to L walk up the white keys from C, W E T Y U are the sharps, Z and X move the octave, 1 to 7 play drums, and Space is a sustain pedal. An on-screen keyboard mirrors what you play and works by touch on phones and tablets.
Five instruments
Keys, Pluck, Bass, Pad and Bell — each a small synth with its own envelope and filter, so a pad blooms slowly and a pluck snaps.
Accurate visuals
The synth is analysed exactly like a song: low notes move the bass-driven parts of a scene, high notes the treble parts, drums fire the onsets. What you see is what you played.
How to do it
- Open BLOOB and click “Play the keys” (or press K)
- Play A–L for white keys, W E T Y U for the black keys; 1–7 are drums
- Pick Keys, Pluck, Bass, Pad or Bell; Z / X shift the octave
- Change the visual with ← → while you play, and Record if you like it
