The visualizer decodes with your browser’s codecs, so the same formats that play in a tab work here. Lossless files give the analyser the cleanest transients, but a 128 kbps MP3 still locks solidly to the kick.
A whole-track map before the first frame
When you load a file, BLOOB analyses the entire song in about a second: tempo, beat grid, quiet and peak sections and drops. Scene changes land on section boundaries and drops instead of at random intervals.
Video length and shape

How long can the MP3 be?
Any length. A ten-minute mix exports fine; the offline renderer works frame by frame so nothing is dropped.
Will the audio quality change?
The export re-encodes audio (AAC or Opus). Loudness can be normalised to -14 LUFS so it matches streaming platforms.
Can I add lyrics?
Yes. Load an .lrc or .srt, paste text and tap-sync it, or let the built-in Whisper transcription time the lyrics for you — all in the browser.
Can I use my own background image or video?
Yes. Custom images and looping video backgrounds are supported under Scene → background.
