You own your exports. Videos and images you record or export with Galaxy are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes (releases, socials, streams, client work), subject to the rights you already hold in the underlying audio and any images you upload (logo, album art).
Galaxy itself is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty. We do not claim ownership of your music or rendered videos. There is no watermark and no requirement to credit Galaxy, though credit is appreciated.

Photosensitive warning: intense beat-synced visuals may affect some viewers. A “Photosensitive safe” mode is available in the app.
Third-party open source (including Three.js) remains under their respective licenses.
